Download and Installation

In order to download and install your product please select it below and follow the instructions.

  • If you do not own the full version of Kontakt 7, download the free player.

    Then follow these steps:

    1. Download or open the latest version of Native Access. If you already have it installed, please download and install again to make sure you have the latest version.

    2. Log in or create an account.

    3. Click 'Add a serial' in the top left.

    4. Enter your serial number.

    5. Click “Install”.

    6. Restart Kontakt 7 and the product will be automatically added to your library.

    If you received your serial number and are having issues activating or downloading Skyedrift in Native Access, please contact Native Instruments Support.

  • To download and install Eilean Flannel Piano, please follow these steps:

    1. Download Pulse and install.

    2. Create an account or login.

    3. Click “+ Add a Product”.

    4. Enter your serial number.

    5. The product will be added to your library. Simply click Install and choose the location to install.

    If you received your serial number and are having issues activating or downloading Eilean Flannel Piano, please contact Pulse Support.

    Loading the Library

    Once it has been installed, for quick and easy loading please follow the instructions for your version of Kontakt:

Troubleshooting

Native Access “Locate Library” Issues - Skyedrift Only

If you get the “Locate Library” request in Native Access this means you do not have the latest version.

Please download and install the latest version from the Native Instruments website.

After this Native Access should give you the option to install.
